Twelve years ago you left the Earth, you went to a beautiful place called heaven.
I still remember bits and pieces from that awful day. I had just turned 5. I was in my grandparents home (dads home) and my parents were watching the news. My dad was just telling me a few days ago that suddenly all the news channels stopped the ongoing news report halfway and it was written in bold letters- BREAKING NEWS: KING OF POP MICHAEL JACKSON HAS PASSED AWAY AT 50 DUE TO CARDIAC ARREST. I had no idea what was going on as I was really young. My dad told me that my mom was so devastated that she locked herself in a room for a day or two. I can't imagine the pain his mother and father, his brothers and sisters must have felt. I don't even want to imagine the pain the young children went through. The pain billions and billions of fans went through.

Today, I'm no longer 5. Today, I can say that I'm a part of the billions and billions of fans. Today, I'm someone who's trying to put on a happy face like my mother who's going through the same pain and act like today is a normal day. And today, once again I want to say to you that I truly love you, Michael. I adore you. You've given me hope and shown me how important it is to be a strong person and always be happy no matter what. You've shown me that there always must be a child inside of oneself.
Thank you so much for everything you've given to all of us. Even though you're no longer with us, your music will always go on.
You will always be here with us.
I love you and always will.
Yes, instead of getting sad we all can listen to his wonderful songs and celebrate Michael's life♥️
