Dysthymia, in case y'all are wondering. Obviously it's self diagnosed because I'm poor and don't have the money or energy to find another therapist to get a proper diagnosis, but like, it makes so much sense. MDD is great and all but that never really fit as well because while I do have "episodes", they're not as intense or long as the typical patient. It's just kinda... there. PDD (Dysthymia) fits my problem better.

Oml it sounds so cool- I have a turquoise crystal on a keyring, idk what it's called or if it's artificial, but I think it might be like a mini geode? It's like if you took a hollow, misshapen sphere and cut it in half and then stuck it on a chain lol, but the inside is really glittery

@Kigamdliw unfortunately I've already forgot but it looks like blood. It's a deep orangey red that gets darker towards the center. I love crystals. Witchy stuff in general
