K so I wrote a poem for German class and I thought I'd translate and share it lol:
The Water's rising, competing with time
But before it can erase us, we'll be drowned in hopelessness
Wake up, be strong!
Or else we'll we'll be building our caskets soon
Fear rises in our country, our world
Tell me, dyou really think the suffering is what we like?
Wake up, be strong!
We don't have time to wait for another day
The system is broken, suffocated by its own faults
Is there a way to conquer what's already lost?
Wake up, be strong!
If we don't do anything now, we'll be met with the end's eye

Doch bevor er uns vernichtet, ertrinken wir in Hoffnungslosigkeit
Wacht auf, seid stark!
Sonst bauen wir unseren eigenen Sarg
Die Angst steigt in unserem Land, unserer Welt
Sag mir, denkst du wirklich, dass das Leiden uns gefällt?

Wir haben keine Zeit zu warten auf den morgigen Tag
Das System is zerbrochen, erstickt an ihren eigenen Fehlern
Gibt es einen Weg, das Ende zu verhindern?
