I hate that they deleted the private messaging. oh well, has anyone dealt with a torn rotator cuff and was still able to write? I'm pretty sure that I'm going to end up needing to have surgery, but I still want to be able to post stories.

Due to there being a new condition to the age of consent in stories that are published, that states that romance between teenager has to be eighteen and over I've unpublished all of my fan fiction stories, but don't fear once I go get the ages updated for these stories I will be reposting them.

I feel like I'm whining about this but I really need to talk about it. So I've been at my job for five and a half years. I come in on my days off and I even come in for second shifts if they don't have enough people working. Well today I was told I didn't get a Christmas bonus because I don't work enough. Is that not a slap in the face to what I do do for this place? What would you guys do? I'm so frustrated I don't even want to go in tonight.

@LizUpton Yeah, the system really tries to do that to people. I have seen it happen a lot where boss make up excuses That are not true of what their workers are doing. I can definitely understand that.

@LizUpton Honestly I can't quit unless there was another job. I would be able to take that can pay just as much or more But that mostly doesn't happen. I have seen many people that pretty much. Get cheated and get wrong with all the hard work. They're doing while others don't. Who barely worked at all.
