I'm a Danish woman born in 1967. Life have dealt me quite a few hard blows, and I've often wanted to give up. When I was 24 years of age I was a single mom with two beautiful little girls. The oldest was 3 years old and the youngest only 6 months old. Unfortunately my youngest daughter died. It's not something you can get over, it's something you have to live with for the rest of your life. It was so hard to come to terms with the fact that she was gone, that I started imagine how her life would have been like, if she still were alive. That's what started my career as a writer, that's how I began making stories. But I never published anything before 2018, and my first book ended up being a success. I gained some dedicated readers, who encouraged me to keep writing. I'm grateful for each and every one of them, and because of them I'll keep writing as long as I can.
