Even as someone who has dealt with extensive trauma myself along with mental illness, I'm unable to properly express how reassuring and cathartic it is to read work such as yours. It's not often you find someone so talented at putting mental struggles such as panic attacks and body dysmorphia into words. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for spreading awareness about triggering topics in such a beautiful way.
I would also like to commend you on how you write every relationship-- especially Spencer and Hotch. It's relationships like those that help me through my own struggles, and you express that support in a way that not many people can.
