Growing up, I loved writing. I was captivated by the promise of adventure, the thrill of the unknown, and the endless possibilities that could be found within the pages of a story. When I became a mother, that passion never disappeared. Instead, I tucked it away, focusing wholeheartedly on being present for my children and embracing the life I had built.
Now, as I begin the journey of rediscovering who I am beyond motherhood, I find myself returning to the pen once more, or in this case, the keyboard. With every word I write, I am reclaiming a part of myself that has been waiting patiently to be found. Perhaps one day, these stories will become more than just pages and chapters. Perhaps they will become a legacy, something my children can hold onto and enjoy long after the final word is written.
