Actually I have more to say- ✍️ While looking through the chapters again, I also realise I write chapters titles like you do.
○ I want to say I think it's great that (unless i dreamed it) that boy (Henry i think?) who hurt Y/n and I think liked her later on (?) Gave up or that she wasn't interested. I find it refreshing that she doesn't immediately forgive or blame (or not blame) him entirely for the OG incident/accident before the first chapter.
○ I like how Y/n actually has a dynamic (both found and biological) family and isn't a Mary sue like other y/n stories. She
introduced me to the reality that the genre could actually be good.
○ The timeliness isn't a straight line so we don't know what will happen next and we aren't confined to one place. We go on adventures in other places, like Gravity falls, Sweden, or the ink machines from bendy. Or just a board kid in school.
○ Also- just amazing the story isn't set in generic unspecified Anercia like every book, movie and other media ever.
○ This book was my first into into mythology (with all the 'gods' and stuff), other fandoms or crossovers.
○ Things can be clique yet still not? Vampire family? Will they ruin everything? Jk, they scared and do nothing, but that kid (Vlad) gets bullied and you get fully-ready-to-throw-down-birch-tree-pady-thing.
○ Again it's just great it goes over hard things like family death, limb lost, family drama, fear, depression, abandonment, and dark stuff with a character who feels real.
○The subtitle cues of sarcasm (or other emotions in description) in the general show how done the mc is like in book one, chapter 'Protector'.
Last point-○ James is just a sweetheart. Safety to that historian lonely dude forever.
Is this enough praise to get my point of how amazing you and your wriiting is? I hope so- I probably have more to say, but i can't remember it now, and in the interest of not killing you by boredom, I won't. Rest well amazing auther.
