First time posting on mb. Don't worry, I don't do it much, but I'm beyond enraged and want to share.
One of my closest friends is @Ravendipity and she works so hard for the small writing community. She hosts several contests and a review shop with over 100 reviews, and all she really asks for in return is a permanent follow when she often follows back and gives you public promotion for your story, votes on it, comments on it, AND gives you a detailed review. All in return for a button press. Now someone is insulting her because apparently asking for a permanent follow is "toxic" even though she spends hundreds of hours on her reviews. For her contests, every category has about 25k-35k words worth of reviews. That is a NOVELLA worth of reviews for ONE category, and you have the audacity to insult her for asking for a follow in return for all that work when she literally follows a lot of participants back anyway?
I'm not going to mention who because I don't want anyone to send hate, but can you guys go show Raven some love? Her username is Ravendipity or @Ravendipity and she deserves it. She helps me with this account and writing, and it'd be really nice if you guys left some messages on her mb or supported her in her contests. If you want more details about the situation, she posted a chapter about it in both her awards.
