I am a mom of three beautiful kids, a wife, a psychotherapist for a local hospital network and a pediatric equine therapist.  I have so much compassion for people who are suffering because I have been through serious trauma in my life and I know what that pain feels like.  

I want to make a difference in this world, and believe that each one of us has a light inside of us that we can shine on others to make their lives better.  I hope telling some of my story here helps someone else know that they are not alone and that it's ok to speak up.  Don't let the secrets eat away at you.  Let them out and live the beautiful, happy life you're meant to!
