so basically, i read a book called winter. (it's in the lunar chronicles series. i've read them all and i love them.) so basically there's a planet called luna, and they're all lunar. (which is basically a robot, kinda) there's a queen and she's got a stepdaughter, and her husband died. which is the stepdaughters dad. the stepdaughters name is winter, and she's a princess. she's got a bestfriend named jey, and he's one of the guards at the palace. basically he's her personal guard and they aren't supposed to hang out. (meaning every time she tries he has to let her down easy.) but anyways, winter and jey became best friends because they started talking whenever she was allowed to leave the palace. she has hallucinations that make her pass out, and her mind gets all confused. so whenever that happens to her, he calmed her down. and he just kept saying things like 'stay with me winter, i'm right here.' anyways, one night she got the bright idea of running away with jey, and getting married. and she fell for him. it took a while but he agreed, and they left the planet to start a new life in earth. (which wasn't hard because she was a princess, meaning she had lots of money.) but if they found jey with her, the queen of luna would sentence him to death. luckily, prince kai ruled earth. so the luna queen couldn't do anything about them being there.
