5. If you can, get somebody to read your story, and get some feedback. Feedback is the strongest weapon you have when writing a book, whether it be small, or big, it's a different persons perspective that could make the biggest difference.

          6. I always say this, but EVERY SCENE SHOULD MATTER. Every single one. Each scene is either going to move things forwards, reveal character traits or deepen the themes of the story.

          7. When writing in calm scenes, keep the tension around 80% to keep your readers on edge, maybe a few cliffhangers or anything to keep your readers coming back for more.

          8. When writing people speaking, real people don't talk in perfect sentences, add a few interruptions, pauses and a slight repetition to make the dialogue feel more authentic.

          9. Sometimes, what isn’t said is as important as what is. Characters might avoid certain topics or hint at feelings without saying them directly.

          10. Let the Action Speak. Instead of saying how a character feels, show it through their actions. For example, instead of “She was nervous,” show her fidgeting or biting her nails.

if you need anything else, please don't hesitate to ask

Sooo...I couldn't get you on Instagram, so I've just sent a friend request on your discord.

1.So my first rule of writing is to enjoy writing the story. Don't focus on the end, and if you have a strong plotline, the words will just come to you, so savor the process of bringing your story to life.

          2. I've had problems coming to terms with what I have in my books, but i keep trying, so if you really want to write a book, keep motivated. Believe in your story, and keep going. ❤️

          3. Celebrate the small successes along the way, whether it be a comment on your book, or you just finished writing a chapter, or someone just voted on your book, the smallest things make a big difference. I felt so happy when you commented on my story, saying you loved it, and even though it was a small thing, it meant everything to me. (Thanks for that btw)

          4. Your first draft won't be perfect, but as long as you got the balance beam of the story, it's okay. When you've finished writing a chapter, go over, edit it, and tweak a few things of needed. You're not gonna get it the first try.
