One city, two separate lives. 

Jo Costello, a well known wanted criminal associated with a dangerous gang named "The Dying Roses." 

And Brooke Evans a sweet girl new to the city of Los Santos who's only trying to prove herself to the LSPD.

When fate brings these two lost souls together they simply have no chance to ever be together. But against all odds they must find ways to protect each other.  The LSPD want him behind bars and The Dying Roses want her dead.. 

Will they manage to work there way out if their twist of lies or will it already be too late?
