I have posted the new version of Earthbound! The original has been taken down, but the new version contains the original cover and prologue. I have taken some time to change some of the original story line so I don't have to take almost a year to figure out what I am going to do with it. I am so so sorry for any of the wait, anger, or frustration this has caused. I appreciate your feedback and cannot wait to hear what you think! -JC

I know the lack of updates/communication has been unacceptable. I have come to the decision to discontinue the current version of  Earthbound and Darkness off of Wattpad. I will be posting new versions and will be reposting them part by part to give me some time to get back to updating regularly. They are going down on Saturday March, 19. I will begin reposting April 1. They will be edited/revised. Thank you for the new followers and continued support! -JC

I want to apologize for how long all of you have had to wait for an update. I have made a habit of making promises for updates that I have not been able to keep, and so from here on out, I want to let you know, that I have every intention of finishing Earthbound, as well as Darkness. Earthbound is my priority, but writing as a whole falls behind my priorities as a college student. That being said, I have spent a lot of time away from the story in order to better formulate the plot for the Eternals series. I also have new motivation to finish Chapter 9 and have it posted as soon as I can. I am not making a promise as to when it will be posted, just that I will have it up as soon as it is finished, and as soon as I have a concrete plan on how to progress the story. That could be this week, or this month. 
          
          Thank all of you for all of the support you have shown me as a new author. Writing is still a passion of mine, and I need to work on finding time to pursue it. All of you, and to all of my new followers, thank you for everything.

Many things have come up... but the next chapter is still in the works. It may take longer than expected but it will be there. Your patience will be rewarded.

This chapter is the most intense one yet. 
          
          SO many questions answered! But it's taking me a bit longer than expected because its about two or three times longer than the other chapters so far.

I am placing all works on hold, I just moved away. All holds are temporary until I adjust to my new life as a college student.
