Stephen King wrote in "Stephen King: On Writing" that anyone serious about writing should do two things: read a lot and write a lot. That's his recipe to success and, if it works for him, it works for me!

I've got many influences when it comes to writing. I grew up very much in love with Harry Potter and I continue to read Rowling's work (also under her pseudonym Robert Galbraith). In the past few years I've discovered the amazing works Margaret Atwood has given us. Also I'd be lying if I didn't say I am very much influenced by such famous gems as Orwell's 1984 and Animal Farm, Hossieni's The Kite Runner, or basically anything Dan Brown pens.

I am a huge proponent of the arts, because a society without the arts is hardly a society. I'm also an advocate for human rights and equality (as I'd hope anyone would be). My ideal reader is open-minded, and enjoys seeing the world through another's eyes. While I'm here I'll probably stick to posting poetry and short-ish stories. I've got many completed novels in my repertoire, but I'm saving those for the bookshelves ;).

I love to talk to and meet new people so please send me a message, I'm always up for talking shop with some other creative minds!

Merci!
