Jack Rees writes horror, science fiction and historical fiction from his home under the shadow of the Golden Gate Bridge. His first published novel, "The Watch" details the occult war between Winston Churchill and Adolf Hitler as seen through the eyes of an American posing as an SS officer in Himmler's dreaded TotenKopf. It is available on Amazon Kindle. His second novel, "City of The Sun" is an homage to the great adventure novels of the late 19th century and chronicles the exploits of a young English adventurer as he accompanies a professor into the South American Andes - only to encounter diehard Confederates bent on establishing a new South as they battle a Union force sent to stop them. His next novel, "The Great Gun" follows the protagonist of City of the Sun as he attempts to thwart the theft of a massive gun by Confederates who hid it amid the ruins of the Augusta Powder Works. Designed to fire a one ton shell on Washington, both Union and British Intelligence seek to seize the gun before it can be turned against them.
