Starving artist? How about a ravenous writer? 
Hello! I am a writer who goes by the pseudonym J.H.Hope. I am 21 years old and from somewhere in Tennessee. I currently hold an A.A. degree in English and am working on getting my B.A. degree in English and professional writing. The act of reading has been a major part of my life ever since I was old enough to lift a book. I am highly introverted and struggled to make friends as a youngster. I preferred to make friends in fiction instead. This love of reading eventually led into a passion for writing and creating. I love to write. I could be writing about any topic really, so long as my ideas are my own. I enjoy writing research essays as much as I do creative fiction, but what I don't enjoy is having something forced on me creatively or otherwise. I enjoy the freedom of writing and reseaching and I don't believe it should be shackled. 
I hope to one day make a career out of this passion I have, but until then I will accept the plate full of hard work ahead of me. I am, at heart, a romantic and enjoy believing in the love and kindness in the world. As one who has struggled deeply with finding love and trust in myself, I choose to implement as much of that emotional struggle into my characters that I create as I possibly can. I am a sucker for character development and I love when the characters take the driver's seat in my writing. Each new character that I create takes a little part of myself with them, and I hope one day to leave my entire soul out in my characters like scattered puzzle pieces for writers and readers of the future to find and piece together. 
In all, I want readers to walk away from reading my works with at least one new perspective to think about. With at least one thing to remember as they go on about their lives. I hope to be the kind of story teller that, when my readers are old and grey in their rocking chairs, they think back on how my story/stories made them feel.
