I want a trope where A thought B was being an asshole to them one time so they decided to hate B and B had no clue and just thought A hated them for no reason and tried to hate them back for a while before getting bored and becoming indifferent to them but A continues to hate B and relentlessly tease and bully them while B just kind of brushes it off. Like B is affected by it but they never really call A out like "why do you hate me? what did I ever do to you? why do you treat me so badly?" because they HATE confrontation. And A is just like "why is this little shit ok with this? like its obvious they don't like this and clearly kinda hate me but they legit don't try to stop me." And A becomes DETERMINED to get a big reaction from tiny little anxious ball of anti-confrontation that is B and B becomes DETERMINED to ignore all of A's attempts. Also did I mention B is neurodivergent but A doesn't know this but if they did it would really explain a lot of things. Anyway, A finally manages to get B to have the kind of big reaction they wanted, only one problem, B has a BIG reaction. I mean screaming, cussing, maybe throw some stuff around, essentially a meltdown but not THAT bad. After that B skips school for a while, and yes this takes place in a school setting, anyway people ask why B has been gone for a while and the teacher reveals that B is taking a short break from school due to their health. And A's just like "oh shit did I do that" and decides to kind of chill with the bullying and mostly just tease B. Slowly the teasing ends up turning into playful banter between the two and things get pretty chill and B starts to kind of come out of their shell and A starts to pay more attention to B and notices that they're pretty chill.

I also require this dialogue: "Skipping school, turning assignments in late, walking out of class mid lesson, not doing the homework. I didn't know you were a bad girl" B laughs and keeps walking while A follows them. "I just have crippling depression, severe anxiety, and a disability." A stops following and is thoroughly confused and concerned. "Are you ok?" "Well I have crippling depression, severe anxiety, and a disability, you tell me."

Holy shit people it's finally happening! After countless phone calls between friends, the typical amount of sleep deprivation, two (2) manic episodes, a month COMPLETELY unmedicated which begs the question how I'm still alive, and a handful of depressive episodes, it has been done. I started a story that I am serious about and want to put effort and time into making it good. It only took 4 1/2 years and about 154 tries (this is a legit number and there honestly could be more hiding somewhere or got deleted).

Did I just create an OC, search for the PERFECT name for them and their siblings, create a detailed backstory, and write what happens to them and what they do during multiple plot points all in 3 hours? Yes yes I did. Will I ever write or finish that fanfic? Probably not.
