hi everyone, as you’ve probably all read my recent authors note in ‘Mr Grumpy’, I’m back. i hope you guys are safe and doing well ! surprisingly, a few people actually want me to edit the book, re write it, following the same plot. if i were to do this, would you guys want me to do it as a seperate book or just edit each chapter of the original book? i’m just afraid if I edit it, it might not be as funky as the og lol. i feel like maybe having it as a new book might be better?

If you feel like you may have a better time rewriting a new version, without writer’s block, then go for it. I think though, maybe keep the original, because that has a special place in my heart

Can you please also update the old version of Mr Grumpy 
          I want to say my honest opinion without sounding rude as that's not my intention but the new novel is great but it just not the same, it's like An Huawei P30 lite and a Huawei P30 pro phone ,they are similar but not quiet .
          I already lived through the eyes of the old Annie (imaginatively speaking) Wich was awesome ,and reading the new Mr Grumpy novel is like reading a different novel , I don't know if I you understand what I am trying to say. 
          It's like erasing the old Annie by editing the life that I read from the old novel.
          
          Your work is still great ,and I still love it but it's just not the same.Can I please ask if it's not a bother that you update the old novel too while still keeping the new one. If you can't I will understand and respect your decision as this is your work thus it's your choice.

hi Octavia!! I completely understand what you mean about the ‘old’ and ‘new’ Annie and I’m thankful for your support. When I got my account back last week I actually tried to write the next chapter of the OG ‘Mr Grumpy’ hoping that I could just pick up and continue where I left off but it was so difficult . My writing style, my experiences, and my humor is so different from what it was years ago. I found it incredibly hard to connect to my characters especially Annie. Which is why I made the option of either discontinuing it or making a new one. While I understand the OG will always have a huge chunk of your heart —despite the bad grammar and plot holes, I hope that the new book will be still somewhat enjoyable. ❤️
