Please talk to someone if you're having a hard time,
it really does help.
So please, don’t take your own life,

you will hurt your friends,
even if you think you don’t have any.
You have more friends than you think.

Be there for everyone who’s struggling,
but also ask for help

that is the strongest thing anyone can do.
I might not be able to do it,
but I’m sure you can.
