Early life and Education
It all began in the family. Her mother and grandmother were the influential personalities in her life who at all times encouraged her to strive for perfection. Both of them had a great taste in décor so whatever they had in their home or whatever they bought was one-of-its-kind.
Heather Prinkey joined a design school in Texas in 1970s. After receiving her Bachelor's degree from there, she moved to New York to complete her Master's degree in the same, from one of the reputed interior designing colleges.
Professional Journey
She had a humble beginning to her career. She had to start with small jobs of designing houses for relatives and friends. She did this for about five complete years and was satisfied because she believed "Difficult roads often lead to beautiful destinations".
