Uhm I can't sleep and my head feels loud so ima vent rq cus this keeps bothering me and it hurts to remember. So basically in second grade so when I was 8 or 9 and I didn't have the best relationship with food I still don't but it's a bit better now.There was this girl we can call her A for now because I still know her now and I'm not doing no one today yalls😭
          But this girl would always comment on my weight like she would say I was skin and bones a lot and she was "popular" and "cool" so obviously little me wanted to impress her cus she was friends with someone I kinda liked at the time.i started to think that if I gained weight I would look better to her but when I did in about 3rd to 5th grade (alot happened that affected my mh hence the therapy💔) A sat next to me in science and Spanish with my other bsf and she would say shyt like "sigh imagine not having a flat stomach" and similar things.Anygays she started commenting abd always talking about weight again in 5th grade.tbh I think that's where I started paying attention to what I ate because I kept comparing myself to kids in my grade and people online I remember my brother asked me why I never finished my food cus my dad would get mad.in 4th grade I had my first episode infront of my mom and I remember her saying to my dad a few days after when I was still recovering "maybe we should sent her somewhere" and my dad agreed but luckily I never ended up in the mental hospital 😸I just went to therapy but because of my age my parents knew everything I told my therapist so I stoped opening up and just went to eat snacks,color,make bracelets and do crafts.💕
