help. my job has become super toxic and today i went home sobbing. i am 100% putting in my two weeks tomorrow. no doubts in that choice, despite the fact that i dont have a job lined up. i can’t stay there. however, i am still nervous! any tips on having the quitting conversation??? would be appreciated :( thanks loves
