She was arrested and tried, but when one juror refused to vote to convict because her light orbs aren't dangerous, the state declared Glow a manic-depressive and had her confined to the Lynwood mental institute. Glow subsequently escaped when the Inner circle launched an attack on the mental hospital to free one prisoner.
