Not to cry in the club but, I'm kinda having second thoughts about going to therapy, what if they don't understand what I mean and lecture me like my parents do? What if I really am just faking all my feelings or they're just me coping with what my parents think is what all my issues are about- grieving over my dead Grammy who I was close to? What if it won't help and it'll just be another reason for me to stop talking about my feelings?
