Hi! I'm Gerta. I'm a major bookworm, aspiring author, poetry-lover, a new Shakespeare nerd, a member of the Scouts BSA, the Throne Warden of my family, and a daughter of God!

My favorite books (and authors) are The Wingfeather Saga by Andrew Peterson. My favorite of that series is The Monster in the Hollows (bk 3) I also love the Ascendance Series (formerly a trilogy) by Jennifer A. Neilson. Actually, I love all books written by her. Another series I enjoy is Keeper of the Lost Cities by Shannon Messenger. I'm on Team Foster-Keefe all the way. Finally, I like The Edge of Everywhen by A. S. Mackey. 

Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master...
He had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher...
He had no medicine, yet they called Him Healer...
He had no army, yet kings feared Him...
He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world...
He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him...
He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.


Anyway, I really like books. And violently threatening people who disagree with my opinions regarding said books. Yay!
