Would have liked to get the latest chapter out a lot sooner. I wanted to run through it a few more times but my burnout has limited me. On that topic, yes, I've burned myself out. Contradictory to my last announcement, it happened. I ignored it for a time but I have now come to face the truth. Nearly 8 months of nearly nonstop writing of hundreds and sometimes a thousand words every weekday really built up something. And some weeks ago it all came crashing down. So as to not worsen my writing exhaustion, I will be putting my story on a hiatus until I manage to get out of this annoying burnout. I know, I hate it too. But this won't be an overly massive pause. My best guess is I might get back to work sometimes in late August. Hopefully before my birthday hits (Which is at the end of that month so it shouldn't be too hard). I ask for your patience. And I thank you for whatever you can give. Know that while I'm not writing, I am getting some pre-planning in for the later series. So I actually know what I'm doing when I get there. Until then, I might boot up more artwork. I'm thinking of trying out painting this summer, only it's too hot outside! And I fear getting paint everywhere inside. Rather inconvenient timing for me to try something new. But I'll update the art book if I ever get something done on that. Thank you all for your support, I'll see you all around. Best days until then!

@GeneralZarax Sorry to hear about the burnout, hope you get an opportunity to relax and straighten everything out :) Take your time too, I have every intention of re-reading A Man and a Beast - and any sequels that may follow - whenever they may arrive ;) I'd love to give painting a try. Can't wait to see what you come up with!

@GeneralZarax take all the time you need! It's better to enjoy what you're doing than not enjoy your summer. Hope you're doing well in life and hope the best for your story.
