The 'Chu Brothers: The Manhattan Project: The sequel to "A New World" with new characters, new places, and a tournament storyline!

I also was able to finish this:
Chris and Abby's Origin-(Yes, this is canon.)

The 'Chu Brothers: A New World- A Pokémon Mystery Dungeon fanfic about two best friends and their adventures. (Pardon the dust! Currently going through major editing.)

A Different Perspective- Madoka, Rosie, Sky, Aaron, and Jordan's orgin, all in a oneshot! (5th in Pokemon Watties July Oneshot Contest)
