Hey guys! You should all check out my book "debris". It's my collection of poetry that details my progression through chronic depression as well as my reflections on it. Don't worry, I'm in a stage of healing now. Some of the poems are pretty bleak but I think it gives a good perspective into what depression is. And it speaks to the reality that depression is more than just being sad.
