I tried to post this earlier:

I've been working on editing the formatting on previously published material to reflect with the current Act, as well as trying to do as many of their events as possible. Currently, only Nobunaga and Masamune's events have been published because theirs have already previously been published. I don't wish to publish a character's "route" to only have events in there because I haven't made it to them yet.

This is also why I haven't put up the Act 2 prologue yet. Act 2 went out on March 15, 2021. Any event after that date is supposed to take place after the Act 2 prologue. Currently, I have a draft placeholder where that delineation needs to happen and the Act 2 prologue will eventually be placed where it needs to be, moving the events to the correct place.

Until then, just keep in mind that If the date on an event story states after that date, it is after the events of Act 1. I am working on slowly getting through all the routes of Act 1 before I move on to Act 2. Sometimes it can take pretty long to do because they have Gacha crap that can give you bonus POV stories from your chosen guy. I can't access it to try and get it if I move on to another route. It's dumb that way. It would be great if you could access any you had previously completed to get any gacha stories you missed. *sigh* Ah, well.

I'm also slowly working on other Cybird games as well as others.

Back to the point. Events take up a lot of time to do. It also prevents me from progressing in the main route if "grace" is needed but I've been using it up for the "glamour" needed for events. Are the events important to you? Or would you rather I focus on the main story instead? If I'm working on a new route and an event has a previously published character in it, would you prefer some new material with the "old" love interest, or for me to stick to getting the new route done? I haven't gotten any feedback, so anything is appreciated at this point.

@GQtranscriptionist Hey, i dont know if you are still working on any new stories, but I´m really thankful for ypu transcriptions. I was a big fan of Ikemen Sengoku and played almost all routes that were publische until then (Nobunaga, Hideyoshi, Mitsuhide, Masamune, Kenshin, Shingen and Sasuke and Ieyasu. I never read Yukimuras as i didnt like him and skipped Mitsunaris after a few chapters because it was so boring. ) Just started playing again but I really dont want to read them all again, as its so time consuming. Always wanted to do a transript, because i love the stories so much and wanted to reread them. I know how time consuming this is so I`m happy i found at least these two to reread. Hope you will publish more in the future

If you are here because you read a Cybird transcription and thought: "HEY! This looks like another one I read, only this one is more complete!" That's because my transcription work on Nobunaga and Masamune were lifted (with only minor editing) by user jjvngoo. They had even commented and placed my works in their reading list.

I know it was my transcriptions because there is something in there that other transcriptions don't have. It is very discouraging, as I'm not doing this for "fun." I have memory issues, and this helps me. I published it to help others that may have the same issues.

I've decided to just mute them instead of confront them. It isnt't worth the effort. They are probably a child. I just feel very discouraged now and wonder if I should even continue publishing new transcriptions of the routes. I was working on all Ikemen games as well as some others, those two were the only ones I'd published so far, though.

If you would like to take over, go ahead. But please, don't copy my work. Put in the time, effort, and yes, MONEY to do it yourself. I hope you got what you needed, but it's a hollow accomplishment in the end.

I've updated Chapter 2 and Chapter 6 of Masamune's route to show what you get with a premium choice (check towards the end of those chapters). With Chapter 6, not only is it a bit spicier, but there is a smidge more background to a decision he made in the past to kill someone important to him (no spoilers) and why he would do so again.

I think the addition of the reason really helps to better explain why he did what he did, and not make it seem like he just cuts anyone down on a whim.

A note on the Chapters that feature his p.o.v. (not the bonus ones): His pov only extends to the first half of the chapter. I don't know why they do it like this. I've asked Cybird, and they said that is how they intended it. Where I can, I simply use 12 dashes to separate one pov from the other. Where it isn't feasible (Masamune's pov in Chapter 5), I switched at least one sentence to the third-person before switching from his pov to hers.

I hate that they did it this way, but I can't do anything about it. Unless you want me to just cut the chapter off at the end of his pov, much like the bonus pov chapters work. I'm open to your thoughts on this. I continued it the way it is now because that is how it is presented in the game.

I'm also thinking of doing Ikémen Vampire. It is just important to keep in mind that typing takes up a lot of time, and I have a life.

I've updated Chapter 8 of Nobunaga's route to account for premium choice. It begins when she realizes she regrets saying some things to Nobunaga and wants to hurry to talk to him, with him immediately appearing. That part ends with the night ending and his reaction in the morning. 500 coins for that? Meh. Each premium choice escalates the price, and aside from the last choice before choosing which ending you want and then the epilogue premium choice, I'm not sure it's worth it. I guess we'll find out. All told, I'm looking at something like over $40 worth in coins. That royally bites.

Yesterday I edited Nobunaga's route Chapter 6 to account for the premium choice. Not as happy with this purchase. It didn't add much more, aside from some good tension to their characters. You now get the impression that his feelings are changing and he's unsure what to do with that. It leaves her frustrated and confused.

GQtranscriptionist

I've edited Nobunaga's route Chapter 2 (both his pov and MC's pov) to account for my purchase of the premium story choice. It was worth it, in my opinion. Now that I'm - slowly, so very slowly - working on Nobunaga's Eternal route, I am hoping to get all the remaining premium choices in the entire route. This means I'll be editing the story as I go to account for this. I've been checking it anyway as I go to see if they have changed anything, and have discovered that they have. It's mostly very small things. A sentence here and there. Some editing of things; nothing major. I have changed it when I do see it. Especially if it helps to make better sense to the reader and increase immersion.

It can be very slow going to get this out. Mostly because I've been watching the ads to get free coins that I can use to purchase the premium choices. They only let you watch 5 advertisements a day for only one coin each. Each premium choice is around 300 coins. If I wanted to buy it, it would be $3. I don't know about you, but it can really add up in a game like this. You can get sucked into their events (which are prolific) and before you know it, you've dropped a ton of money on a game that you have to replay if you want to read your completed routes again. I hate that part about IkeSen. If I complete a route, I should then be able to read it whenever I want. Not just the premium choices I bought.

Looking back, I see I started ranting. Whoops.

          TL;DR:
I wanted to let you know that if you had read Nobunaga's route, you might want to check out how the premium choice in Chapter 2 changes things. It's toward the bottom of the chapter and begins once she enters the room to have a rematch with Nobunaga. I encourage you to play the game for yourself and immerse yourself in a fantasy world of Sengoku romance.

Stay safe, friends. (Cybird, please don't sue me, I'm disabled and poor.)

Ok, so Masamune's route has begun and is up. Obviously, it isn't finished, as I'm working on it as I go. Please continue to have patience with me. Thank you.

Would anyone be interested in Ikemen Vampire or Ikemen Revolution? I play both...

GQtranscriptionist

@tiarakkem I know it's been almost a year to respond, but do you mean Ikémen Revolution? I ask because there are other Alice in Wonderland type games out there. I play Ikémen Revolution as well as Lost Alice: Destined Lovers in Wonderland (it's a Shall We Date? title).
