I live in the north of England with my husband Tod, a cute rescue dog called Buzz, and a small flock of ex battery hens.
My writing life began when I was living in Paris teaching English. Short stories mainly, and just for fun. I'm so glad I spent 10 years in that wonderful city! I had a great time!
I've always had an interest in the Paranormal - a couple of close family members were clairvoyants - and I ran an agency promoting the work of Mediums and Psychics in the 1990s. 
Now I write on that subject:

In 2009 Tod and I spent 5 months teaching English in a small, isolated village in the Everest region of Nepal. That trip has changed our lives. We have returned twice to take presents and supplies to the village. The books:

tell the story of our time in Nepal and Tibet. Fun & funny!
We plan to go back to Kathmandu soon to help with a dog sanctuary in Kathmandu.
