          Wow, it's been a while. My apologies... 
          
          I've been chipping away at a longterm project offsite, but it's been sort of lonely. I've been meaning to check back in and find an excuse to reconnect... 
          
          ONC hasn't been on my radar over the last few years. "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned" and all (prompt 28, though not the one I'm using). Then, like a curse or plague, I got Grady's twangy voice stuck in my head and suddenly ONC2024 seemed like the right place to air some of that out.

Happy Birthday! It's a belated birthday for me and we have a book birthday this month as well! 
          
          CONDEMNED was "born" on 12:19, April 18th, and was cleaned up, for your Wattpad viewing pleasure, just now. It "weighs in" at 47 chapters and 139K words (my longest yet, but it probably won't be after the final polish). It is my fifth "baby" (novel-length). "Mom" should be resting or popping the champagne, but she feels like bothering YOU, dear readers, instead!
