Again, this is up to you, I'm just making prompts as I go.
✧ Person A already's known Person B for some time, but after a series of foreshadowing from them, and the fact that they keep getting more and more distant from Person A, it worries them beyond control. That is, until they've left completely. The reason being lies in your hands, or Person A/B's.
