No matter who you love or what you have on your body (or don't), you should be treated like a human. Regardless of who you love, who you pray to, what you look like, and/or what you believe. Treat others with the kindness you wish you would be shown if you were in their shoes.

I have depression, suicidal thoughts (which I have acted on in the past), a boyfriend, strong beliefs, mixed skin, an ocassionally foul mouth, and a strange personality. I have another account that I will bounce to, but I will be focusing on this one the most. 

I won't usually sugar coat things, but I will if I see fit. 

If you want to kill/harm yourself, I can't stop you.

I know what it is like to feel the exhaustion from simply breathing everyday. 
I know what it is like to watch the blood drip down your arm that has a layer of marks. 
I know what it is like to just want the pain to end, yet still make your body feel pain that only made matters worse. 

If you want to kill/harm yourself, I won't try to guilt you into not cutting your final thread.

Talk to me. I know what it is like to want to swallow that bottle of pills. I know what it's like to want to tie that rope around your neck and step off the stool. I've done both. 

Depression doesn't care what you look like. 
It doesn't care about who you love. 
It doesn't care who you worship. 

Will our depression ever really go away, or will we just get better at hiding it?
