To You, The Reader
If you're here, you found me for a reason. Maybe your heart is breaking right now. Maybe it already broke and you're trying to put the pieces back together. Maybe you're standing at the edge of something—love or loss—and you don't know which way to fall.
I've been where you are.

I didn't write this book to teach you anything or fix you or give you answers. I wrote it because I was drowning, and poetry was the only way I knew how to breathe.
These poems are my thoughts. My tears. My anger. My hope. My healing. They're my truth, and maybe they're yours too.
These aren't just poems. They're moments I actually lived. Feelings I couldn't keep inside anymore. And if even one line makes you feel less alone, then my heart breaking open was worth it.
I'm terrified to share this. These poems are the most vulnerable thing I've ever created. They're pieces of my soul I kept hidden for so long. But I'm sharing them because I know what it feels like to be alone in your pain. And I don't want you to feel that way.
You're not alone. I promise.
Your support reminds me that vulnerability is worth it.
Take a deep breath. Turn the page. Let's walk this together.
With all my heart,
