You can call me Em, and it is here I embark on this part of an inward journey, circling toward the center of my being. 

Truth is reality, and creativity my soul. 

I'm finally allowing this stepping stone of putting pen to paper (or rather fingers to keyboard) to allow the stories to flow through and out of me onto the pages, for the words to "[slide] through the brain and [go] straight to the heart" (the Late & Great Maya Angelou).
