I hate that the second my mood plummets the bad thoughts creep up, it's like one of those horror games where you have to keep an eye on them or they ruin you, and I want to do something literally anything but none of it will work because the whole reason my mood plummeted was my grandma brought something up, and i was initially doing good at what i wanted to do but not my mood is ruined so there goes my productivity
