My favorite adaptations of vampires in tv shows have to be interview with a vampire, I love their vampires and the lore surrounding them, like tvd I love their vampires but their so basic which is sad.
          
          But in Iwtv their vampires, actually have more to them than just falling in love with teenage girls, and fighting over cites
