So I've come to the conclusion that I won't be publishing anything until it's either completed or the new year. This is what's best for my motivation and my switch of interests. I do have something I'm almost done writing and will be publishing when it's done, but everything else will be unpublished

Part of me wants to unpublish everything and wait until the new year to start publishing again or when I have a book completed or a season/movie completed for a book. Like, this honestly might be the best route for me because I lost motivation so much and switch interests. At least then I don't have anyone waiting ages for me to update something. I'm not 100% about doing it yet but HIGHLY considering it

I'm gonna take one more month before I start publishing things again. This month I've been pretty busy and next month I have a few things going on, so I haven't gotten to save up as much as I'd like to writing-wise. The only thing I'll be publishing is my story Wyatt fic: Bright, on my main @ItchyAgalea since that book will be fully written before it's released. Sorry again for not being active and posting even tho no one really reads my books, I still feel a need to apologize. And I'm rambling so I'm just gonna day sorry and I should be good to post in September

Here's the game plan, I'm gonna gather up some stuff and wait to release chapters until I can release them in a schedule. I have a few things prewritten but I'd like to have more first. Not to mention that I'm gonna be kinda busy this month so I'll have less time to write and make sure I fully get things out. Everything published will stay published, not unpublishing anything this time, just like, collecting

There's a few things I need to say:

First of all, we as authors can see the reading lists you add our books to. If you don't like a book, don't interact with it. It's disrespectful to make a whole playlist just to basically say someone's book is shit.

Second, can we stop publishing the same chapter over and over again? So what if you don't get immediate views. People have lives, they're busy. And also, I thoguht this app was about doing what we love, not bring obsessed with getting views. The notifications and annoying and clutter up people's notifications, they're inconvenient.

Lastly, STOP BASHING GHOST READERS! Not everyone is comfortable with being seen. Whether it's voting or commenting, it can be hard. I know it's discouraging when your book doesn't get interacted with as much, but that doesn't mean you should hate on ghost readers. Some people get anxiety about being seen and others have other feleings about it. Me personally, unless I know you, I'm not comfortable commenting on a fic, sometimes I'll vote if I'm feeling less anxious. Think about it this way, if you were to publish an actual physical book, you wouldn't get all those votes and comments, all your readers would essentially be ghost readers. So can we stop the ghost reader bashing?

That's all I have to say right now, just some things that have really been annoying the shit out of me lately. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk
