Hey to readers of male reader stories or just authors who write male reader stories, how do you guys feel about subplots/material getting cut out of?
To explain in the latest chapter of A Warriors Way I’m sure you all noticed I cut out the introduction of Akemi, seeing as I would just be rehashing stuff everyone already knows (which I consider filler for my stories) and I only rehash old stuff if I can change it in a meaningful or entertaining way
what are your thoughts on the matter? Do you prefer that sort of stuff to remain? Do you prefer it being left out in favor of the reader and the main characters integral to your take on the story ?

@Dragonsw imo, I usually write subplots for OCs, characters that people don't really know. But sometimes I would rehash a subplot but I'd usually have Y/n or possibly an oc involved if they know the character and would be involved in the known character's subplot. It really depends on whether or not you want some filler, oc + known character filler, or to just cut it out. In the end, it's your unique writing that counts :D I don't mind if the subplot is cut out if I know the story anyway lol

@Martin200108 still planning some stuff out, watching the ems cartoon and reading a few comics and stuff Oh if you have any comic recommendations I’d be happy to receive some, they could be grounded avengers stories, big ones, or just something silly , :)
