Sometimes you miss someone, and you miss them so bad it hurts, even though you know that they screwed up, and that you shouldn't miss them. And yet, you have to wonder if they ever think of you. Do they cry the same tears of longing? Do they feel a similar regret? Do they still care about you? Did they ever?
But you will never know these answers. And so you lay there, still awake, unsure of how you should feel.








That girl you just called fat? She's overdosing on diet pills. The pregnant girl you just called a slut? She was raped. The boy you just tripped? He is abused enough at home. See the man with the ugly scars? He fought for his country. The guy you just made fun of for crying? His mother is dying.

Dear those people. Yes, you people. The ones who cry themselves to sleep at night. The ones who put on a mask so others don't worry. The ones who have convinced themselves that they don't matter and that other people don't care about them.

I care.

And I'm not saying this for a cliche. I'm saying this because I genuinely care. I took my time to write this, FOR YOU. I don't mind. I'm not annoyed that I had to. I chose to. For you, because I care about you. I want to make sure that all of you are happy and have someone to talk to.
