@Digital_rc Yeah, the website I'm using for the caesar cipher has it automatically default to a = h and I was too lazy to change it

@IdioticDarkness82 The part that stomped me was the 
            Caesar cipher because I thought it was always gonna be a=p. I was not expecting the switch.

@IdioticDarkness82 Nvm I put the a=h on in encode not decode. Anyways this is what I got.
            he was given a chance, he took it. he is the manipulator. no one is safe from him, he will destroy worlds for her. he will kill anyone who gets in the way of her. she is the manipulator, he is servant. he is the most powerful being in the universe. everyone will kneel down to him. he is the destroyer of worlds.
