I have a new book coming out this fall, Not Quite Mr. Darcy. There is a blurb about it on my page. It will be for sale on Amazon as an ebook and paperback. If you would be willing to read it and review it on Amazon and possibly other sites, I would love to have you sign up as an ARC reader. This is a faith filled book, with lots of scripture in it. Please don't sign up if you are not comfortable with that. Thank you! You can find out more about what an ARC reader is and sign up here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf_pNtgU2W0RbilA6UEBIE0IxqGcN_F-N872IqHgZ9qTNOIoQ/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1&flr=0

@Wannabe_Writer21 I’m not sure. I’m trying to expand my audience and want to build some momentum in the publishing world, but I am following God’s direction in this so it’s possible.

@AuthorMarieStJohn Yay! It’s not a P&P retelling, but it has some fun nods to it, and most of it is set in England!

Be sure to check out my Advent scripture reading book: Starry Night! It begins with an introduction then devotionals for December 1-25! Throughout this book we will look at Christ in scripture: preincarnate in the Old Testament, prophecies, miracles and key moments in Jesus’ life, and finally his birth with a hint of what's to come! It is by no means exhaustive, but meant to ignite your heart during a time of year when it is so easy to be distracted from the real meaning of the season. Oh come let us adore Him! https://www.wattpad.com/story/293209362-starry-night-christmas-advent-daily-scripture

This is my 11th year to work with Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child Shoebox collection! Boxes are being collected this week around the world to be sent out to children that have very little. You can participate by filling a box with hygiene items, school supplies, and toys and returning them with $10 for shipping to your nearest drop off location. Check the link for ideas on what to put in them and to find your drop off location. The best thing is that these boxes are sent out in Jesus’ name! The gospel will be shared with the children at a party where they receive their gifts. Then they have the opportunity to join a follow up Bible study! https://www.samaritanspurse.org/operation-christmas-child/pack-a-shoe-box/

Meet Evie, Gia's best friend in More Than Fine. She's the sister Gia never had, the family she doesn't have, the encourager, the cheerleader, the one who reached out to her when she was the shy new girl in middle school. And Evie's been there ever since. Even followed her to New York:

As Gia entered the bathroom she heard Evie’s voice, “You need to know that even though Gia doesn’t have any blood family, she’s not without family. As you know, she’s been through a lot and she-“

“I promise to work hard to protect her heart. I’ve never felt this way about anyone, and I feel like God has brought us together and saved our hearts for each other. I hope you feel you can trust me, because you mean so much to Gia that your approval is important.”

“Okay... yeah, you pass.” Evie’s voice was choked up, just like Gia felt after hearing Nick’s words. “But if things start to change, you have to be upfront. Don’t ever mess her heart around. You hear what I’m saying?”
