I've lost a few things, but I can still rework them.

A follow-up to the previous announcement.

After a lot of thinking, I ultimately decided to write 'OSS' with the style I had in mind since its beginning. No more half-baked slump of what I had in mind with 'Trust Fall'.

I'll have to rewrite a bit of the first parts, but that should be easy enough to rectify. Part 2 should be in February then.

          Bye.

I’ve been struggling to write the right tone for 'Ordering Sloppy Seconds'.

The way I thought about and set it up in Trust Fall is vastly different than the one I’m currently using, and I try to be right the middle of those two mindsets, but in the end it just gives a weird inhomogeneous bland of ideas.

You perhaps have felt it in Part 1 of 'OSS', and I can’t ignore the fact that the way the story is now setting itself up won’t align with what I’ve already set up, and what I will have to set up for the other stories I have in mind.

I’ve written three drafts for Part 2, and none of them really fit what I am trying to do, what I’m trying to say with this story.

I am not really sure what I should do. If I should restart from the beginning with my current mindset of the story, follow along the one I had in mind while I was writing 'Trust Fall', find a new, or else… put 'OSS' on hold for now and start the third story I have in mind so I'd get a better idea of what I should build to with 'OSS'. Since 'OSS' is supposed to be the midpoint between the two…

I am not sure what the best course of action I should do…

2024 gives me more free time compared to 2023.

I should be more present to work on my fics.

Sorry, to have left many of you blind to how I've been feeling and doing these past months. I had so many things to do, and the pressure was too much for me. From family, and friends to health issues... But I'm feeling better now.

I want to continue working on everything I've worked on, from public writings to the stories that have yet to be released. And from how the six first months of 2024 look. I should be able to work on a lot more work than I was able to do during 2023.

@DepressedSandCannon glad to hear you’re doing better. Let’s hope 2024 is much more fun.

Hi there!

I’ve finished writing a small bonus chapter for 'Trust Fall'. It’ll be a small read, but I think it’s a rather nice one.

However I do not know if I should publish it now. Would you guys rather have it now, and have the next part of ‘Ordering Sloppy Seconds' at the end of November or debut December? Or rather have both once 'OSS' ‘s part is finished?

DepressedSandCannon

@Drawnuel I’m just hesitant since the chapter for 'OSS' will be a rather short one (As it’s just half a part of length.), it is quite sizable, but I can’t deny that it’s rather "small" since it’s still adding supplementary settings for the rest of the book.

So I thought adding the Bonus of 'Trust Fall' as a pallet cleanser, as it’s a bonus for a story people already know about.

Personally, I like to binge-read stuff, but if the bonus chapter is complete, I don't see a reason to not upload it.

Are you still gonna update your stories dude??

My interest in writing isn’t gone, I’m not gonna quit. I just don’t have as much time to do it as last year. That’s just how life goes…

Some day… Just busy with life, and being way too stressed out about it… (You can read my lasts post for more info…)

I am still working on it, it’s just that free time for me becomes a rarer and rarer occurrence. Can’t do much about it sadly…
