I have a sort of obsession with flowers and their meanings, including various anime things...And as someone who personally enjoys writing fictional books and creating characters with diverse 'powers.'...... (hella creative~)

A shared trait all my books will have are characters considered hybrids. A specific type of hybrid, not the human- animal hybrid rather I work with human-plant hybrids.
They have specific flowers placed on specific parts of their body. The flowers on their bodies also determine the oddity they may have. As an example: An anemone flower means; Protection against evil and ill wishes. Forsaken or forgotten love and affection. Anticipation for something in the future.
Although, the flowers colors also play a big role when it comes to the characters and their oddity A pink anemone means, death or forsaken love.
The oddity that this character would have include; the ability to see spirits and the ability of seduction with side effects.
Another quirk that all flowers have includes them being able to sprout their flowers from any part of their body, picking off the petals for others to consume so they may get a temporary oddity themselves.
Humans live among these hybrids unknowingly, some humans are aware of them but the majority of the population don't know of their existence. All my books have a few of these hybrids as main characters, so as to not cause confusion this is my short summary of them.
