I'm 20-years-old and I'm currently living in the Netherlands. Even though I was born here I've always preferred the English language. I have been writing for over a year and I must say I really enjoy it. My English might not be the best but I put a lot of effort into my stories and I even use multiple tools to improve my grammar, so it's still readable for anyone who's interested.
What are your hobbies?
Besides writing my hobbies are: reading, gaming, drawing, coding and watching shows/movies
What got you into writing?
Ever since I was a kid I've always wanted to make up my own stories out of my own creativity. I tried to draw some of my ideas out, but a drawing is motionless and fails to express a whole story. I could've made a comic, but that still took ages to express just a small part of the stories I wanted to tell. About a year ago I finally found a solution, writing. This way I could make the stories as long as I wanted them to be. I prefer English over Dutch so I started to write all of my stories in English. Even though my English isn't bad I still have to improve a lot, instead of being stuck behind a language barrier.
Which genre do you like most?
That would definitely be Science-fiction. I love a more futuristic setting and the technology that comes with it. It's rather interesting to think about how the future could look like.
