@DeadForDiAngelo yeah thats absolutely valid, at least you have it in two weeks and not like a few days so hopefully it'll seem less bad when it actually comes around, but try not to let your nerves build up too much/try not to think on it too much, what happens during it will happen and most of that stuff is out of your hands, especially in family therapy. that can seem like a bad thing, that a lot of it is out of your control, but you can kinda think of it as less pressure/expectations for yourself if that makes sense. im definitely not one to talk tho bc that shit is pretty stressful and i get anxious about that a lot, but its better to worry right before the appointment than for the entirety of the time leading up to it. i try and think of it as like it's gonna happen anyway, no matter what i do leading up to it and after it, so i might as well not waste my energy and time thinking and worrying about it since it's gonna happen regardless yk? sorry for the looooong rant and hope ur doing ok :)
