Name: Rin Sasaki
Quirk: Codes. She has the power to change attributes about people like their quirk. She can also erase them from the surface of the earth by deleting their code. She can also give her self quirks and code new quirks into existence hence the name Codes
Hero name: Captain Marvel (she choose it because the villain would not know anything about her quirk since it's not related to her hero name. She plans to keep her quirk a secret like All Might)
Hobbies: Singing, Dancing, Reading, Writing and Drawing.
Character: She's funny, smart, inspirational and overall perfect (except the fact she can be a bit clumsy). When she's fighting she's a whole new person. She's angry and kind of acts like Kachaan. She's still smart but sometimes let's anger blind her. Other than that she's a strong driven character and might become a great hero later on (btw she tried out to get her licence a bit early due to her mom's connections but got her licence due to her own hard work)
