I just finished the first chapter of my romance! I've not published it yet - though - because I'm planning on editing it first. 
          
          This is really my first time writing in this genre, it's all quite new to me, and I feel like I'm still trying to figure out how things work. I'm excited to share this with my followers, watch this space, because I'm going to be posting it very soon!

          Thanks so much to all of my recent followers! I'd love to get to know you all - let me know your WIPs and what genre you write in :). 
          I'm hoping to post a little more regularly - so keep an eye out for more chapters being posted in the future. I've started doing some illustrations; which I'll add to chapter headers over time. Please let me know what you think. 
          Lastly... I'm going begin a new project in a genre I've never really delved into before. As long as I can remember, I've written fantasy - but I'm going to try writing a romance. Let's see how it goes!

So I have important announcement. Yes, I've been really, really slack; both in regards to posting, reading other people's work and responding to comments. But it was mostly because I've been spending a lot of time compiling short stories that I've written and published online, editing and formatting them. My anthology, Tales from the City is now available to purchase for only 1 dollar. 
          
          I'm really thankful to those of my followers who have been reading my work - and commenting. If you have made suggestions for improving my work, please don't think I've ignored them. I value that criticism and now I'm moving onto addressing the problems that readers have pointed out in my work. And I'm also going to be doing more of the read for reads that I've promised.

REALLY SORRY to anyone who I've promised a read for read. I've been very slack! These past few weeks have been extremely busy and quite full on. I'll get back into it very soon and start posting chapters as normal. In the meantime - what is everyone reading?
