I feel I need to put that disclaimer onto my profile due to Wattpad's recent love of monetization, as well as the up-coming complete sale to a South Korean mega-tech company.  No clue what the publishing laws are over there, but I'm sure their lawyers would be able to get around nuisances like that, anyways.
